The school should be a place of joy, a temple of knowledge and a home away from home for children. A strong education system is the backbone of any nation. Literacy brings awareness which leads towards objectivity and turns into setting targets and finally achieving goals which are related not only to personal achievements but also for the benefit of society. Our purpose is to provide an environment for the holistic development of children so that they finally emerge as winners.
It is the belief that all children can be successful and that they should be encouraged to make the most of their talents. Success can be achieved in a variety of ways. Academic success is valued highly, but it is also our belief that all-round development of each child is just as important.
I am privileged and consider myself lucky that so many wonderful students, staff members, and families touch my life every day. Students and teachers have discussed, worked together, laughed, enjoyed and disagreed too …. But after all, they have worked together as a team and come up with brilliant results in every field. We have all been busy…. Busy taking risks; busy learning. It takes a lot of energy to try new things. It is time to celebrate both their efforts and their results.
In conclusion, I would like to say bring joy, delight and a positive energy to every individual we interact with. The key to a new future is the celebration of life.
We train our students for Gandhi Smarak Competitions, Prem Puri Ashram Trust Competitions, Red Cross Competitions and other interschool competitions. Our students also participate in the USO Exams pertaining to UNO and Environment Exams, at all India Level. Our students also participate every year in the Ward Level Science Exhibition, Discovery of India competitions conducted by the Nehru Centre and competitions pertaining to Information Technology. We have the AIDS Prevention Education Programme for students of Stds. IX and X.
Our students are also taken for visits and excursions. Every year students of Stds. V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X are taken for Camps. Students are also taken for Annual Picnic. Our school has a full time Counsellor . We also send our students for International exam, Government Scholarship Exam, Hindi Rashtrabhasha exam, Govt. Drawing Grade exam. We also have an Interact Club under the Rotary Club of Mumbai Queen’s Necklace doing yeomen service for the society. Finally, in order to encourage our students to do better and instill in them a spirit of healthy competition, we have our School Annual Prize Distribution Day and an Annual Sports Day as well, wherein students from various categories are felicitated with prizes and certificates.
